This blend of Guatemalan French and Sumatra is bold and dark in the cup. It is almost dry in its finish (that comes from the low acidity of the Sumatra) I like this blend for its full taste and as with most of our coffees, as it cools; it still keeps it sweet tone. This is another coffee that fits well with big tasting foods that linger on the pallet.
