Jim Bridger Blend

The simple classic. Equal parts of Guatemalan Viennese and Colombian Viennese roast. I do not blend any other coffees with equal amounts; it is considered a no, no in blending worlds, but in this case it works, clean and crisp with light flavoring of smoke. This type of coffee will fit nicely with pastries or a light fare.
