Yellowstone Blend

A favorite with customers at Rocky Mountain Roasting Co. we have been serving this blend since we opened our doors in 1992. It uses the Guatemalan in a lighter roast, mixed with small amounts of Sumatra and Colombian French, each brings their specific strengths together for a cup of coffee that has a great taste from the first sip to the last drop. I think that this will cup well with a varied menu. The lighter meats such as fish or chicken or a big salad and of course any breakfast item fits naturally with this taste.
